Today there are many companies that work with ETIMED, but today we wanted to interview José Antonio Navalón, founding partner of Saquito de la salud.
El sacito de la salud, is a company dedicated to the commercialization of cushions filled with seeds and dried flowers. That serve to relieve various symptoms and pain, such as menstrual pain, osteoarthritis or muscle contractures. They are used by applying heat or cold through the same cushion. We talked about how thanks to product labeling, the company has established itself in the market, making itself known and differentiating its product from the competition.

How did you meet ETIMED? How was the first contact?

A few years ago we started with the health bag project, but when we started we did not have a distinctive brand. We needed to add labeling to our products and we thought directly about ETIMED Mediterranean Labels. Since we know their communication campaigns. And it is a company that has many years of experience in the sector.
We called directly, and the commercial came to visit us, the process was very fast, there was very good communication with him and we were happy from the first moment.
What was the challenge you posed to ETIMED?

We needed a product label, very similar to that of a textile product. Based on a clothing label, but with a slightly larger size to fit our logo without problem. The label should be smooth but durable.
How did the process unfold?

Based on our needs, they presented us with various proposals. It must be said that we liked all the proposals that were made to us, but we could only choose one of them. The designer assigned to us was very involved in the whole process, being very kind to us, and taking care of every detail of the design development.
How has your product labeling improved?

Our company is still young, but product labeling has been a valuable hallmark. This simple addition serves to strengthen the brand.
Since the first contact, has the process been repeated with other products?

That’s right, they offered us the possibility of adding a band to the product. And we thought it was a good idea. It greatly improved its presentation, for a low cost. And we decided to include them in our cushions.
How has the overall experience been?

In general we are very happy with the result, the experience has been very good, the treatment, the service and the involvement with the project. 100% recommendable.
